We currently accept the following payment options:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
Net Banking
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with a ₹29 advance payment (partial payment collected online, remaining at the time of delivery).
(PayPal, Apple Pay, International payments are not available at this time.)
All payments are processed securely through trusted Indian payment gateways.
Once your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp message along with your receipt.
If payment authorization fails, we will notify you and assist in resolving the issue.
Please provide complete and accurate billing/shipping details.
Orders with incorrect information may face delays or cancellation.
Kusum Ayurveda reserves the right to decline any order with suspected fraudulent billing.
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for detailed information.
In case of a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–7 working days, depending on your bank/UPI provider.
