Returns are accepted only for sealed and unused bottles.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Return request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Customer must arrange and pay for the return courier charges.

Opened / used bottles
Sale or promotional items (unless defective/damaged)
Personal care items that are unsealed

Our team will confirm your return request.
Ship the sealed product back to us at the provided return address.
(Return courier charges to be borne by the customer).
Once received and inspected, we will update you about your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds may take a few days to reflect depending on your bank/UPI provider.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

COD is available with a ₹29 advance partial payment (non-refundable in case of cancellation).
The balance amount is payable at delivery.
